Peace, Passion, & Purpose-Bekah’s Wellness Story

I recently have had the opportunity to continue my desire for a healthy, fit lifestyle with some new, amazing nutritious products! I would love to share my story with you…Would that be okay?

In the last few years, I have had some big adjustments. I graduated college, finishing my 17-year softball career. I moved back home to figure out what I wanted to do with my life. I got engaged and planned my DIY, tight budget wedding. I got married to the love of my life and a month later, we moved to the Caribbean. We spent our first two years of marriage there as he fulfilled his dream of becoming a doctor. We moved back to the United States to find out that we had been placed in California for his third year rotations…and all the details in between.

I loved getting to support and be apart of my husband’s journey to achieve his goal. I loved being back in California. I loved being close to family and my nieces and nephews. I loved being a wife. But, I was not fulfilled and I felt very lost in where my life was supposed to go next.

I was constantly waking up tired, I was sick more than I ever had been and I did not have energy to fulfill my to-do list each day. I struggled with finding my identity after college (other than being a med student wife), especially after being an “athlete” for my entire life. Exercise was still a huge priority in my life but, without the camaraderie of doing it with a team, I found it difficult to find the fun in it and was sore all the time. Lastly, I was overwhelmed, consumed, and felt very trapped by the debt that we were accruing from student loans.

I was pretty much at my breaking point six months ago when my sister, Rachel, presented this opportunity to me. Join a group of amazing, passionate people who love to be fit and free. Consume delicious and nutritious food that nourishes your body inside so you can be your best person on the outside. Be transformed into the person that I have always wanted to be.

This opportunity intrigued me, but I never thought I could afford it. I became motivated to find a way to make it happen and by carefully budgeting our TIGHT finances, it wasn’t long before I was putting this nutrition inside my body. In a situation that seemed pretty impossible for our life circumstances of being in medical school and where I was struggling to find motivation, a desire was awakened in me that I never saw coming. Then, I soon discovered that this opportunity could do more than just aid in my fitness and nutrition journey. I could earn money to contribute toward the products that I was loving. I could get my products paid for. And, most importantly, I could use this avenue to contribute to my family’s finances, be committed to share in the task of paying back our loans from medical school, as well as have a residual income by helping people reach their goals with my desire to be a stay-at-home mom in the future!

I now am more energized, motivated, and productive in all aspects of my life! I can make it through the day without that afternoon lull and I don’t feel like I’m running on fumes as soon as I wake up. In the last 6 months, I have been more creative in my exercise routine to find that excitement again adding Hot Power Yoga and Piyo (combination of strength Pilates and Flow Yoga) to my regime. I definitely still had days of soreness, but I have never recovered so quickly to be ready for my next workout. Adding this nutrition was what I was missing from my active lifestyle!

I now believe that everyone can feel the energy they have always wanted but never thought was possible!

I now believe that every athlete (currently in a sport or just wanting to live a healthy life with exercise) should be incorporating this amazing nutrition into their lifestyle!

I now believe that everyone should have this opportunity for financial peace and freedom!

I now KNOW that I can be PEACEFUL, PASSIONATE, and find PURPOSE each and everyday!
